The Art of Recovery: Turning Pain into Possibility

This keynote follows Regina’s personal journey of being an active dancer and choreographer and then enduring a very painful and isolating season of physical injuries, depression and recovery. She went from being confined to a bed for six months, enduring a major abdominal and hip injury, and pressing through those physical challenges to learn how to walk again a new normal of physical activity.
